On Sunday 18th October 2020 at 12 noon, we shall be holding our APCM meeting at Holy Saviour. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions this meeting will be held both physically and virtually.
Physical meeting - All are welcome to join us at the APCM in person, doors will open at 11:45am and people will be required to sign in using the NHS Track and Trace App and sign in to the meeting as usual. All attendees will be required to wear a face covering and to maintain social distancing throughout. Just a reminder that for the APCM, only those on the Electoral Roll are entitled to stand as a trustee and vote in the meeting, but the meeting is open to all.
Virtual meeting - Anyone is welcome to join us online via Zoom. We will encourage people to keep their microphones muted, so as not to cause a distraction to others and will make use of the polling feature should an election be necessary. To obtain the Zoom meeting id and password, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Questions & Comments - due to the complex nature of hosting both a virtual and physical meeting, and the Government's advice to keep meetings as brief as possible, we would welcome questions or comments in advance ideally by Friday 16th October at 12 noon. These can be sent to The Vicarage by post or via email to email@example.com
APCM reports and accounts - there are paper copies of the reports available for collection from Holy Saviour either on Monday & Wednesday between 10 and 12noon or on Sunday mornings at the 9am gathering. Alternatively the papers can be downloaded below:
