Welcome to Holy Saviour Bitterne - the Anglican church in Bitterne. You are so welcome here and hope you find this site useful as you explore what we are all about.
At the moment things are just so different but THE CHURCH IS ALIVE AND WELL despite not being able to meet in our building! Our response to Covid-19 is simply summed up with the word HOPE. We want to be a people that bring and offer HOPE to all those facing uncertainty, worry, illness, isolation, anxiety or bereavement, These are unprecedented times but we still believe that Jesus is King and we can firmly trust and hold on to him.
Whilst the church is closed, we will continue to have services through Facebook and Youtube
You can find out more from Ruth and Tony our Church Leaders by clicking here.
If we can be of any help, if you need any practical or pastoral support, please do not hesitate to contact Tony - email tony@holysaviour.church or 023 8044 3770.

Our Vision

To be authentic apprentices to Jesus, living out our faith 24/7 in a way which blesses Bitterne & beyond

As Jesus' apprentices, we seek to

BE with Jesus

BECOME like Jesus

DO what Jesus did.

What's On(line)

We may not be able to meet together physcially in Holy Saviour, but the church is alive and active! The church is the people not the building and we have loads of different ways for people to connect together and to connect with God throughout the week... why not join us on Zoom, youtube or Facebook throughout the week.

From Sunday 13th September we have the following service pattern:

9am Said Holy Communion - live from Holy Saviour and streamed to Facebook & Youtube - all are welcome to attend.

10:30am Worship for Everyone - livestreamed to Facebook & Youtube

7:30pm Going Deeper - livestreamed to Facebook & Youtube

We hope to see you there!
