Jonathan Byansi

Our friend and partner Jonathan Byansi, Founder Chairman of the Namalemba Development Committee who was responsible for starting the Bitterne Partnership died on 12th November 2009 after a long illness. His burial took place on 15th November 2009 at his home in Butongole in Namalemba parish, and it was attended by about 2000 people. He was buried at the family home beside his first wife Tolofisa. The event was attended by Ian & Sue Ward on behalf of the Bitterne Partnership.

We will miss him.
